STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Helping clients work out what needs to be done, strategically, to get their organisation or team to their next stage of growth; how, tactically, they are going to get there; where investment and changes will need to be made and who will be responsible for making it happen.

Contouring: working with board members and senior managers to solidify their ideas for the next evolutionary step and the business model. This may involve strategies and investment to break into new markets; responding to environmental/ regulatory challenges whilst continuing to grow; divesting or integrating business units

Change reviews: scoping businesses (at financial and operating level), the issues and their root causes. We look for concerns rising out of direct and indirect sources such as people, processes, systems, jurisdictions, culture, the external environment, etc.

Solutioning: working with your strongest asset – your people, to find the best solutions which achieve your strategic objectives. Too many consultants conduct a gap analysis and make recommendations which don&rsuo;t involve the people inside the organisation. So they fail. FireDrake is different

Business casing: the numbers are important to you and to us. We help to shape business cases with staged financials, objectives and deliverables which we use to track progress. We also look at layering initiatives or identifying smaller changes in longer-term programmes that can deliver tangible business value in 6 – 8 months

Delivery: we provide programme, project and PMO services to plan, schedule and manage initiatives. Our consultants have experience at managing every type of project, from large-scale multi-location programmes with a number of workstreams to small technical or business projects

Communications planning: our tailored communications to support clients’ change or transformation programmes range from MIS reports for senior managers and steering committee presentations to meeting minutes, weekly management updates and staff newsletters.
